Далее все зависит от вашей оперативности и времени суток(в саппорте тоже люди и им надо иногда спать). Так или иначе после следующих действий аккаунт CLOSE (закрывают, но не банят). Это ваша ПЕРВАЯ маленькая победа над взломщиком.
Далее следует практика как вернуть аккаунт, надеюсь многим поможет, ибо с любым уровнем безопасности это может произойти Не давайте свои пароли друзьям, которые не пекутся об антивирусной защите и тому подобному.

Разговор следующего содержания. -(оператор)3драсьте -(автор)Здрасьте -Вы позвонили в саппорт компании Близзар это оператор Хххх, чем могу вам помочь. -Мой аккаунт был взломан и я звоню, чтобы его как-либо вернуть, если это возможно. -Хорошо, откуда вы звоните? -Из Москвы, из России. -Ага, и как погода? Ваше имя и фамиля? -Хххххх Хххххх. -Аккаунтовый логин? -Хххххх -Гхм да такой аккаунт есть, но он зарегистрирован на Хххххх , но фамилия малость другая,кроме того он заблокирован.
